If your child is absent and the deadline for canceling the order has passed, the meal cannot be refunded.

You can contact the school to see if it’s possible to pick up the meal at lunchtime, or allow the school to give it to another student.

Please note: According to Health Canada guidelines, reheated meals must be consumed within 2 hours of serving or discarded. They must not be refrigerated or frozen.
