Interface overview
Start on the home page
You are on the main page of the La Cantine pour tous website. Click on the top right to open the menu.
Open the menu
The main menu is displayed.
Add a beneficiary
Click on the “Add a beneficiary” button.
Fill in the information
Fill in the required information for the new beneficiary.
Edit the beneficiary
Click on the “Edit” button to change a beneficiary's profile.
Edit details
Update the recipient's information if necessary.
Go to the home page
Click on the La Cantine pour tous logo to return to the home screen.
View ordered meals
Click on the “Ordered meals” button to view your ordered meals.
Select the beneficiary to view meal orders
Select the beneficiary for whom you wish to view meal orders, then select the week of the order.
Meals ordered
Your ordered meals are displayed. From here, you can cancel meals as long as you are still within the cancellation period.
View transactions
Click on the “Transactions” button to view your transaction history.
Check the transaction details
View the transaction details, including the recipient's name, date, and amount.

You are now viewing the details of a selected transaction.
View details
You are currently viewing the details of an order.
Access your profile
Click on “Profile.”
View profile
You can configure or update it, and choose your communication preferences.
Order
Click on the “Order” button.
Select the school and week
Select the beneficiary's school and the week for which you want to place an order
Select meals
You can select meals for the days of your choice. A red icon appears when a meal contains allergens that your beneficiary cannot consume, as indicated in their profile.
Dessert is included with each meal and is selected automatically.
See catering details
Click on the “Catering deadlines” button.
View catering details
You can see the deadline for ordering meals.
Select meals
You can select a meal for one or more beneficiaries.
Select all meals for a given period
Click on “Select all meals” to select all meals for the entire period with a single click.
Confirm the order
Click on “Confirm order.”
Select what you pay per meal
Review your order. Click on “Meal Details” to see all the meals in your order. Select your meal pricing option based on your means. Then click on “Proceed to Payment.”
