How to modify an order

This guide will show you how to modify an order that has already been paid for.

Go to the meal-ordering area
On the main page, click the “Ordered Meals” button.

Select a beneficiary
Choose the beneficiary from the dropdown menu.

Pick a week
Select the week you want to view.

View ordered meals
The meals for the chosen week will appear. Use the arrows to navigate between weeks.

Cancel one or more meals

Click the “Cancel” button next to the meal you wish to cancel.

You can only cancel meals before their cancellation deadline. If it’s too late, the “Cancel” button won’t appear.

Click “I confirm” to finalize canceling the meal.

You can continue shopping if you wish to order more meals.
